Jason has recently completed an ILM qualification in Mentoring with Striding Out.

Following the ILM training experience Jason has decided he would like to go into coaching on a business level. He found meeting new people in the same age group and sharing this experience with them exciting.

Since completion of the qualification, he has now been offered a role as a business mentor for the Princes’ Trust.

“Fiona and Megan have been great mentors and teachers. They put a lot of effort into delivering the program.”

Jason has found the ILM experience to be beneficial to a wide range of aspects in his life he recommends it to others and already has a list of friends who would like to be involved in the next course, he feels passionate that even if you choose not to mentor in the future, the knowledge you can take from it is “golden.”
