 ut believes coaching is a powerful tool for inspiring\, supporting and emp
 owering others\, and we want to share these skills with you.\nDo you want 
 to?\n\n\nLearn key mentoring and coaching skills\n\n\nEmpower and support 
 your peers and clients\n\n\nAchieve a ILM Level 3 Certificate for Professi
 onal Workplace Coaches (ilm-qualifications/index.php)\n\n\nDuring the four
  day training course you will receive training in the following areas:-\n
 \n\nUnderstanding good practice in workplace coaching\n\n\nAssessing diffe
 rent learning styles\n\n\nA range of coaching tools and techniques\n\n\nMe
 asuring effectiveness of coaching in the workplace\n\n\nUndertaking an ext
 ended period of supervised coaching in the workplace\n\n\nThe training cou
 rse will take place on the 23rd and 30th September and 7th and 14th of Oct
 ober. If you are interested but cannot make those dates\, please register 
 interest anyway. Venue to be advised. Rosalyn Clare CPCC will be leading t
 he training.\n\n\nThe training will be complemented with 4 x supervision o
 ne to one sessions.\n\nParticipate in this training if you are:-\n\n\nWant
 ing to be an effective manager or leader\n\n\nProviding mentoring or coach
 ing to others as part of a volunteer or work role.\n\n\nEnhancing your CV 
 to progress up the career ladder.\n\n\nPassionate about empowering and ins
 piring others around you.\n\n\n\nTo participate in this programme\, you wi
 ll need to be a practicing team leader or manager of people. If you are no
 t currently working\, we can help you to arrange a suitable volunteer or w
 ork related project for you to practice and develop your coaching skills.
 \n\n\nThe Cost\n\n\nThe cost of the course is £650\, which includes all o
 f the training\, supervision and qualification costs. We may beable to acc
 ess funding to cover these costs so please do register if you are interest
 ed in attending and we can talk to you about the funding and eligibility c
