Business Start Up Course 
The Course consists of 2.5 Days and it covers the following topics:-
Day 1 - Exploring Entrepreneurship 1pm - 5pm
- Entrepreneurial Skills
- Self Employment Essentials
- Idea Development and Refinement
Day 2 - Business Planning 10am - 5pm
- Market Research
- Business Planning
- Marketing and Sales
Day 3 - Business Set Up 10am - 5pm
- Business Set Up Essentials
- Legal Models
- Financial Planning and Management
We will also cover funding and eligibility details for our own business start up grant.
We expect participants to leave the course with the following outcomes:-
- Increased confidence of whether self employment is for them.
- Increased confidence in their ability to start a business
- Increased confidence in their business idea
- Understanding and confidence of how to write a business plan and start a business
- Understanding and confidence to successfully secure customers
The Course is held over two and a half days.
29h May 1pm - 5pm, 30th May 10am - 5pm, 31st May 10am - 5pm
This Course is funded by ERDF North West and is free for Eligible* Participants.
*Eligibility Criteria: The course is open and free to young people aged 18-30 who are resident in Liverpool Local Authority Area.
Non-Eligible Participants can pay to attend. The cost for non-eligible participants is £100
