 t your peers and clients\n	\n	Achieve a ILM Level 3 Certificate for Profes
 sional Workplace Coaches (ilm-qualifications/index.php) \n\nDuring the fou
 r day training course you will receive training in the following areas:-\n
 \n	\n	Understanding good practice in workplace coaching\n	\n	Assessing dif
 ferent learning styles\n	\n	A range of coaching tools and techniques\n	\n	
 Measuring effectiveness of coaching in the workplace\n	\n	Undertaking an e
 xtended period of supervised coaching in the workplace\n\n\nThe training c
 ourse will take place on the 3rd\, 10th\, 17th and 24th of September.\n\n
 \nThe training will be complemented with 4 x supervision one to one sessio
 ns.\nParticipate in this training if you are:-\n\n	\n	Wanting to be an eff
 ective manager or leader\n	\n	Providing mentoring or coaching to others as
  part of a volunteer or work role.\n	\n	Enhancing your CV to progress up t
 he career ladder.\n	\n	Passionate about empowering and inspiring others ar
 ound you.\n\n\nTo participate in this programme\, you will need to be a pr
 acticing team leader or manager of people. If you are not currently workin
 g\, we can help you to arrange a suitable volunteer or work related projec
 t for you to practice and develop your coaching skills.\n\n\n\nThe Cost\n
 \n\nThe cost of the course is £650\, which includes all of the training\, 
 supervision and qualification costs. We may beable to access funding to co
 ver these costs so please do register if you are interested in attending a
