Business Start Up Course for Unemployed Adults* Delivered by Striding Out in partnership with the 'Business & IP Centre' at the British Library. The course is accredited with a Level 3 Qualification in Starting Your Own Business with the Institute of Leadership and Management . The course will cover the topics of:-
All participants will be providing with coaching and training and a tour around the market research section of the Business and IP Centre. All participants will be expected to undertake further research and planning in between workshops to progress their business idea and achieve the qualification. We hope for participants to leave the course with the following outcomes:-
Venue: Business & IP Centre, The British Library, 96 Euston Road, London NW1 2DB. *Eligibility Criteria: The course is open and free to Unemployed Adults aged 19 plus who are claiming Job Seekers Allowance or another benefit and resident in a London Borough. They also need to commit to attending the three days and completing the ILM L3 Starting Your Own Business Qualification. All eligible participants will be expected provide evidence that they are unemployed and JSA and other benefits and eligible for free support.
