 ort your peers and clients\n\n\nAchieve a ILM Level 3 Certificate for Prof
 essional Workplace Coaches (ilm-qualifications/index.php)\n\n\nDuring the 
 four day training course you will receive training in the following areas:
 -\n\n\nUnderstanding good practice in workplace coaching\n\n\nAssessing di
 fferent learning styles\n\n\nA range of coaching tools and techniques\n\n
 \nMeasuring effectiveness of coaching in the workplace\n\n\nUndertaking an
  extended period of supervised coaching in the workplace\n\n\nThe training
  course will take place on the 24th of September and 1st\, 8th\, 15th Oct
 ober 2010.\n\n\nThe training will be complemented with 4 x supervision one
  to one sessions.\nParticipate in this training if you are:-\n\n\nWanting 
 to be an effective manager or leader\n\n\nProviding mentoring or coaching 
 to others as part of a volunteer or work role\n\n\nEnhancing your CV to pr
 ogress up the career ladder\n\n\nPassionate about empowering and inspiring
  others around you.\n\n\nTo participate in this programme\, you will need 
 to be a practicing team leader or manager of people. If you are not curren
 tly working\, we can help you to arrange a suitable volunteer or work rela
 ted project for you to practice and develop your coaching skills.\n\n\nThe
  Cost\n\n\nThe cost of the course is £650\, which includes all of the tra
 ining\, supervision and qualification costs. We may beable to access fundi
