Heather Wilkinson, Business Coach
Heather Wilkinson is founder of Striding Out and a Business Coach for entrepreneurs. Her profession as a strategy consultant since 2000, has provided her with an indepth knowledge of planning and implementing research, action frameworks and evaluations to achieve business success.
She comes from a family of entrepreneurs, and she has set up two businesses herself, one in the creative sector and the other in business consultancy.
Heather has a particular passion and knowlege of social entrepreneurship, having worked with the sector over the last eight years. She has been engaged in coaching a range of ethical businesses across different industries. In 2006, she won the 'Social Enterprise Mentor of the Year' Award by Edge Upstarts, for her commitment to the sector, nominated by Social Enterprise London. Her work is recognised and endorsed by leading social entrepreneurs.

Michael VJ Jones
Michael VJ Jones has Business and Entrepreneurial experience in Customer Service and Sales & Marketing as well as Personal & Professional Development with Graduates and Young Professionals.
His passion now is in the area of Engaging Positive Psychology and Creativity for Individuals and Business.
Michael is a Graduate Member of The British Psychological Society, a Member of the Society's Division of Occupational Psychology and Founder Member of the Society's Special Group in Coaching Psychology.
As part of his Education and Training in Coaching & Business Psychology he studied for a BA(Hons) in Interdisciplinary Human Studies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychological Studies and an MSc in Occupational Psychology.
After University Education Michael Trained to be a Master Coach Accredited by Liverpool's International Coaching Academy which comprised of Personal Performance Coaching, Executive Business Coaching, and Accelerated Learning Coaching, Endorsed by The Institute of Leadership and Management.
Paulette Campbell, Business Coach
Paulette Campbell founded her own Management Consultancy business in 2002, and has now transitioned to become a full time business and executive coach.
Before setting up her own management consultancy she worked as a management consultant for another company working for the public, private and third sector organisations and as a director and project manager for various organisations within the housing sector.
As a management consultant and MD she is experienced in market research, strategy and partnership development, performance and personnel management, operational procedures, business development, and communication strategies to establish and maintain positive internal and external relationships
Paulette is now working with entrepreneurial leaders to develop their leadership qualities, business strategy and staff.
Her style as a coach is informal, humorous, and supportive - but also challenging, honest when needed and focussed. Paulette's qualities largely fall out of her values - honesty, dedication, fairness, partnership and respect.
She qualified with Barefoot Personal and Business Coaching Training, the Post Graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching, accredited by the University of Chester and The National Council of Psychotherapists.
She is also a Licensed Testing the WaterTM Coach, able to work with individuals seeking support whilst they decide whether or not self-employment is for them.
Tania Psathas, Business Coach
Tania has direct entrepreneurial experience having founded the Modern Foreign Language Centre in Athens, Greece, in 1988, which she managed for eight years. She has a specialist interest in working with enterprising young people and ethnic minority groups to help them startup and succeed in business.
She is trained as a Business and Executive Coach with the International Coaching Academy, a Certified NLP Master Practitioner and Trained Counsellor. She has previously worked for organisations such as Raleigh International, Her Business, Kaizen Partnership, Wandsworth Social Services, Liverpool City Council, Business Dynamics, Fishing Rod Experience, Educational Establishments in the USA, New Zealand and Greece.

Morton Patterson, Business Coach
Morton Patterson is a Consultant Coach, a professional Facilitator and a SFEDI accredited Business Adviser. He comes to the organisation following an extensive career as a Technology Consultant including having previously worked for Ernst and Young.
After completing his NLP Practitioner and seeing the value that coaching brought to his own life, Morton embarked on a career as a Career Coach working with professionals who feel stuck, are unhappy or quite simply looking to review their career. He also works with Managing Directors, Independent Professionals and Business Owners who feel overwhelmed, need to clarify their thinking, make better decision and plan a way forward.
Through coaching and real life examples, Morton provides hands-on techniques clients can quite often use immediately to clarify what they want, make better decisions plan a way forward.

Soraya Shaw, Business Coach
Soraya specialises in developing business practices that put sustainable growth at the heart of organisations and individuals. Soraya’s passion is for today’s leaders to be inspiring role models and to leave a legacy for the next generation. Working with both private and public sectors she focuses on authentic leadership, team transformation, ethical practices and building lighthouse brands.
Soraya’s previous career was in Advertising working for multi-national clients such as Unilever, Kimberly Clark and Johnson & Johnson. This background gives her a unique perspective and knowledge of business strategy, leadership, building teams, diversity of communities and individual performance development.
Soraya is a founding member of the Association for Coaching; the UK’s leading not for profit professional coaching body, and she has just joined the board of Brighton and Hove Business in the Community Partnership, a Hub 100 and Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce member.
Soraya studied Psychology in the US and is a certified coach. Recently she has completed a post-graduate certificate in Leadership and Management and a Neuro Linguistic Programming Diploma.
Enid Pinder, Business Coach
Her roles have allowed her to work closely with entrepreneurs, MBA students and executive education participants. During this time she managed different programmes for entrepreneurs in their start-up and second stage of growth. She found their energy and excitement with new ideas and their commitment very inspiring.
She is also very interested in social enterprises and was the only non-academic invited to join the CSR committee.

We offer Business Coaches the opportunity to take a license of Striding Out so you can use our branding or if you have your own brand you could sponsor a Striding Out network.
We offer coaches the opportunity to add value to their coaching clients by providing the added value of a UK wide online business network and face to face network in their own locality. We provide coaches with event management and marketing support to help broaden their outreach and impact on the local business community.
