Professional Profile

With a strong emphasis on physical and mental health wellbeing, McKenzie provides workshops and one to one coaching to increase self-awareness and positive self-image in youths and adults. Since moving to the UK, McKenzie has collaborated with health professionals at Guy's Hospital. She is currently running "Radical Self Love" workshops in schools and creating online body image and eating disorder resources for individuals and schools.

As a Coach, McKenzie specialises in coaching individuals to embark on their own hero's journey and follow their bliss.  In both the UK and USA she has worked for the private and public sector, delivering coaching, mentoring, entrepreneurship, sales and  communication trainings for youths and adults. She currently runs Mentoring workshops for schools and organisations.

McKenzie focusses on the importance of determination, congruence and effective communication in personal and professional development. Her past experience in real estate development and business management, as well as her training in NLP,  Mythogenic Self and Co-active coaching inform her coaching.

For the last 13 years McKenzie has focused on acquiring a unique blend of experience in management, training, coaching, and business development in both the private and public sector. She began studying Nuero-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a teenager and has since become a certified practitioner and coach of NLP, an associate facilitator of the Mythogenic Self Process and Co-active Coach. She also has a honours degree in  Interpersonal and Organisational Communications. Her years of studying and training, coupled with her professional experience in real estate development and business management, make her uniquely qualified to coach mentors to budding entreprenuers.
