Suzanne Cleal, Training Manager

Suzanne is responsible for the training and development of the Striding Out Team. She organises monthly CPD training and supervision sessions for all of the coaching team.

Suzanne is accredited by the Association for Coaching, she trained as a coach with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and is an NLP practitioner. 

She has an MBA from Kingston University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing.
