Striding Out Community Interest Company, was set up with the intention to nurture and support young entrepreneurship. Young people often face discrimination when starting out in business, and they often lack the experience and confidence in their abilities, despite having great ideas. We wanted to help them stride out on their journey, by providing a range of tailored support that was youthful, exciting and dynamic � and very unlike sitting in the classroom. So the concept of Striding Out was born�.the only problem was everyone loves our approach, and we wanted to include everyone. So we set up Branching Out, to work with the over 30�s! and Reaching Out, to work with hard to reach groups! All the income we earn through our coaching, membership, consultancy and training is reinvested back into the business to continue our mission and achieve our core aims and objectives, as detailed below.

Striding Out aims to be a sustainable service for young entrepreneurs. Our Community Interest Company status ensures that our surplus income is reinvested back into the development of our services to pursue our social aims and objectives.
