Heather Wilkinson is founder of Striding Out and a Business Coach for entrepreneurs. Her profession as a strategy consultant since 2000, has provided her with an indepth knowledge of planning and implementing research, action frameworks and evaluations to achieve business success.

She comes from a family of entrepreneurs, and she has set up two businesses herself, one in the creative sector and the other in business consultancy.

Heather has a particular passion and knowlege of social entrepreneurship, having worked with the sector over the last eight years. She has been engaged in coaching a range of ethical businesses across different industries. In 2006, she won the 'Social Enterprise Mentor of the Year' Award by Edge Upstarts, for her commitment to the sector, nominated by Social Enterprise London. Heather is a trained NLP Practitioner Coach and a Full Member of the Association of Coaching.

Tania has direct entrepreneurial experience having founded the Modern Foreign Language Centre in Athens, Greece, in 1988, which she managed for eight years. She has a specialist interest in working with enterprising young people and ethnic minority groups to help them startup and succeed in business.

She is trained as a Business and Executive Coach with the International Coaching Academy, a Certified NLP Master Practitioner and Trained Counsellor. She has previously worked for organisations such as Raleigh International, Her Business, Kaizen Partnership, Wandsworth Social Services, Liverpool City Council, Business Dynamics, Fishing Rod Experience, Educational Establishments in the USA, New Zealand and Greece.

Morton is a certified NLP Practitioner and SFEDI Adviser. His background is in IT having previously worked for Ernst and Young as a Technology Consultant. He has since gone on to set up a Talking Books company and helps owner managers to implement effective IT and Online Marketing strategies for their business. Morton is passionate about helping individuals and entrepreneurs to create effective stategies to help them achieve their goals and potential.

He has worked with a wide range of businesses ranging from 3-10 employees. Previous clients include Training for Life and WSI Internet Consulting

Rob has been coaching individuals for the past two and a half years and is currently completing an MA in Coaching and Mentoring. He has a very strong background and knowledge of coaching and the value that it can add to individuals. His work has mostly been with young professionals aged 25-35 who are thinking about changing jobs or careers.

Rob also runs his own business Languages At Lunch and as such he has been through lots of the trials and tribulations of getting a business off the ground.

Rob�s approach to coaching differs based on who he is working with. At times he simply asks the right questions but sometimes he offers a proverbial kick up the backside!

Dave's specialisation is in the field of coaching, particularly relating to students, recent graduates and young entrepreneurs.
He works for Corporates such as LogicaCMG, a top twenty global IT services company, where he coaches internal graduate staff as a graduate recruiter. He works closely with university careers advisory services, and contributes time to university mentoring programs (such as West Focus's �Reach� program and the University of Manchester's �Manchester Gold� program).
David specialises in delivering career/life coaching services to Striding Out Members. He is a fulled qualified Pegasus (www.nlp-now.co.uk) Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). He continues to explore the power of self reflection and personal development through physical activities and the medium of one of his main passions - skiing and its inspirational surroundings!"

Soraya specialises in developing business practices that put sustainable growth at the heart of organisations and individuals. Soraya�s passion is for today�s leaders to be inspiring role models and to leave a legacy for the next generation. Working with both private and public sectors she focuses on authentic leadership, team transformation, ethical practices and building lighthouse brands.
Soraya�s previous career was in Advertising working for multi-national clients such as Unilever, Kimberly Clark and Johnson & Johnson. This background gives her a unique perspective and knowledge of business strategy, leadership, building teams, diversity of communities and individual performance development.
Soraya is a founding member of the Association for Coaching; the UK�s leading not for profit professional coaching body, and she has just joined the board of Brighton and Hove Business in the Community Partnership, a Hub 100 and Brighton & Hove Chamber of Commerce member.
Soraya studied Psychology in the US and is a certified coach. Recently she has completed a post-graduate certificate in Leadership and Management and a Neuro Linguistic Programming Diploma.
