Striding Out is a specialist provider of support for social entrepreneurs and social enterprises.
The Social Pioneer programme is our dedicated leadership programme for social entrepreneurs and their management team, to cover the specific issues that are distinguished to this sector.
The programme provides participants with:-
- One to One Leadership and Business Coaching
- Leadership Direction Workshops, covering pressing topics such as:-
- Evaluation & Monitoring
- Marketing & Branding
- Coaching Skills
- Funding and Income Generation
- Ethics & Your Organisation
- Social Media & Your Organisation
The one to one coaching aim's to help leaders achieve their vision and strategy for achieving personal and professional goals and overcoming challenges. Our coaching techniques and tools are tailored to meet your needs.
The Leadership Direction Workshops give leaders an opportunity to share goals, opportunities, challenges and solutions with their peers and colleagues. During the workshops the leaders will learn how to understand and manage different leadership styles, nurture effective team working and adopt coaching tools and techniques for managing people.
The programme can also be accredited with an ILM Qualification.
Social Pioneers is open to all social enterprises on a payable basis, however funding may be available to cover the cost of the programme for eligible individuals and organisations.
