Business Growth Strategy Workshop

Thursday 13th August @ Blackburne House

1.30pm – 5.30pm

This event is aimed at young entrepreneurs aged 18-30 who have a desire to grow their business over the VAT threshold.

Attend this event to:-

  • Gain clarity on your growth strategy.
  • Understand your role and your team’s role in the growth
  • Network and share ambitions with established young entrepreneurs

During the session, you will get down to the nitty gritty of:-

  • Mapping out future goals for the next three years.
  • Developing a strategic plan for the business
  • Planning your business development strategy
  • Mapping team roles and responsibilities
  • Reviewing your leadership role and style going forward
