Heather Wilkinson, Business Coach

Heather has worked in the commercial, social entrepreneurship and economic development arena for the last ten years within the private, third and public sector, as an entrepreneur, consultant and business coach.

She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve the triple bottom line, and works with both commercial and social enterprises to achieve results. Heather also consults to government and third sector organisations on matters concerning enterprise, social enterprise and youth entrepreneurship.

She specialises in idea generation, market research, business development, communication and partnership strategies for launching or refining business brandss. She is excellent at researching and creating innovative business propositions and implementing strategic frameworks for action.

In 2005, she launched her own social enterprise, Striding Out which has experienced year on year growth and has expanded nationally across the UK. It has engaged with over 4500 individuals engaged in entrepreneurship events, training and one to one coaching, and Heather has personally supported the launch and development of over 200 business brands into the UK and Internataional market.

Ana Paula Nacif, Youth and Career Coach

Ana is passionate about working with young people from all walks of life, and helps them to create more fulfilling lives for themselves. 

Prior to coaching, Ana spent over 15 years in Journalism and Public Relations. She has worked for leading financial publications. Throughout her career she has worked for various local and central government departments.

Ana has trained with the Coaches Training Institute, a leading-edge school of coaching, the first to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation.  She is also a NLP practitioner and a member of the Association for Coaching . Ana also works as a volunteer for Youth at Risk (YAR)  providing coaching and mentoring for students.

Ana's coaching style is insightful, challenging, intuitive, encouraging, direct and energetic. By creating an atmosphere of trust, Ana is able to challenge comfort zones and tap into the resourcefulness of her clients with clarity. Clients say that Ana is a dynamic and insightful coach who is not afraid to push the boundaries to support her clients to achieve their full potential.   

Chris Davies Anipole, Youth and Career Coach

Chris Davies-Anipole specialises in working with Youth and Career Coaching, Chris has always been involved in working with people of all ages and he has experience working in IAG and University Lecturing.

Chris graduated from university in 2005, after which, he trained to become a teacher. After some time working in this field, Chris suddenly became engrossed in the art of communication, and different cultures around the world having explored and lived in many countries across five continents. This interest evolved into an interest in people leading to further training in  Unitive Life Coaching.

Chris works with people on an individual basis, with a focus on ones potential for personal and professional development. Treating everyone in a unique way is key to the way Chris works. True life-changing and effective life coaching is concerned with being, not doing. It's often a difficult task, but if one is able to achieve this, they then subsequently find the rewards are enormous.

Chris is also a Member of the Association for Coaching  and donates some hours every week volunteering for Childline  providing counselling for children and young people.

Chris is currently working on the Future Jobs Fund in London providing one-to-one career coaching support for newly employed 18-24 year olds. 


Ema Quinn, Business Coach

ema.jpg Ema has worked for over twenty years in the Cultural Industries, Community Development and Regeneration, and Education and Health sectors and is an impassioned believer in each individuals true potential to achieve in a healthy, balanced and ethical environment.  She has extensive experience of working with vulnerable and disenfranchised people and is committed to developing community cohesion through innovative business, career and personal development programmes.

Having originally trained as a Stage Manager, she went on to study a degree in Enterprise Management at the prestigious Liverpool School for Performing Arts and has worked across the UK developing international arts programmes and festivals, working with world class artists to build connections and legacies within local communities.  

Ema is a qualified NLP Practitioner, Career and Personal Coach, Time Line® Therapist, and Hypnotherapist, and is currently working toward her Master NLP certification. 

Emma Queralto, Youth & Career Coach

Emma’s personal objective is to increase your confidence and motivation, creating lasting results with each person she works with.

As a professionally trained NLP Coach, DISC Personality Profiling Consultant and Motivational Trainer, Emma has extensive expertise in the areas of human behaviour and communication.

Emma has worked with over 1000 individuals and groups and has over 18 years experience of doing confidence and motivational work especially with young people and the long term unemployed.

She specialises in helping people who are under-achieving overcome their barriers to achieve the success they deserve. She has also used her confidence and motivational skills to successfully manage 3 businesses.

Her clients say she is expert at building trusting relationships with challenging people, deeply committed to helping people find the best solution for themselves and there to challenge and celebrate with clients every step of the way.

In 2007 she committed herself to continuous professional development as a protégé with The Coaching Academy (Europe’s leading coaching school) where she attends seminars at least once per month ensuring clients’ benefit from the latest developments in the coaching and personal development fields.

She is also a Reiki Master and student of Buddhist Philosophy. This further enhances her knowledge and understanding of how the negative effects of stress and a busy mind can be overcome. You can further benefit from these skills to help achieve your goals in a more calm and peaceful manner; harmonising your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well being. 

Fiona Biggins, Career and Youth Coach

Fiona is a qualified coactive Career Coach, and Youth Coach with 10 years commercial experience gained in the recruitment field. Her background is working mainly in the investment-banking sector, (on-site at Deutsche Bank) and in the management consultancy sector (on-site at Deloitte). She has a strong track record in all aspects of the recruitment cycle including: business development, direct candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, supplier management and assessment centre design & management. 

Fiona also has a real passion for working with young people, seeing them gain confidence and direction in their lives. She has been a vvolunteer mentor for the City University undergraduate mentoring scheme. And more recently has volunteered to work for the Step 4Ward Mentoring Programme run by the Barnet Education Business Partnership www.barnetebp.org as a mentor to a year 11 student at East Barnet school. She is currently a volunteer Youth Educator for youth charity Envision http://www.envision.org.uk/ working in schools and colleges. 

Fiona Monks, Certified Coach

Fiona is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, trained with the Coaches Training Institute, the most successful in person coach training in the world. 

Her professional experience has included teaching,  recruitment and assessment centre implementation and training design and delivery. She combines warmth  and insight in working with clients to get to their most alive selves.  Her focus on the whole person and integrated approach leads clients to new insights and to a place of greater personal freedom and possibility, more presence and ultimately more happiness. 

Fiona works with professionals from many backgrounds who have decided that they want to lives on their own terms, who want more meaningful careers, lives and relationships and who want to discover what their impact can be in the world.

Gill Tate, Youth and Career Coach

Gill has been working as a Careers Adviser with Connexions for the past 9 years, and has also been involved with co-active coaching and guidance for the past 3 years. She has extensive experience in giving information, advice and guidance to clients of all ages and abilities.

Gill began her profession in Careers guidance 9 years ago, and quickly became a lead in a mainstream school, where she was responsible for a large caseload delivering 1-1 guidance interviews, workshops and group work. In the last 4 years, she has worked with students with learning difficulties and disabilities, and been involved with securing funding to aid their transition to specialist provision. Some of Gill’s client group have emotional and behavioural issues, and have needed intensive support, to keep them in education, employment or training.

She has been successful in supporting and enabling students of all ages to secure employment, education and training opportunities, guidance and coaching to secure positive outcomes, and given support and guidance to help clients achieve their goals and move forward.

Gill is a good listener, non-judgmental, and has the ability to motivate and enthuse clients to move forward in their careers. She is also an advocate of lifelong learning and achievement, and believes everyone has the potential to achieve their hopes and dreams.

Gill also does some voluntary work for an occupational charity, and has been asked to join the Board of Trustees in the future. Gill is an approval Shared Life Carer, giving occasional respite to a young adult with learning difficulties. 

Jessica Rogers, Youth and Career Coach

A Coach with over 10 years commercial experience gained in media, publishing and FMCG. Jessica brings her experience, knowledge and enthusiasm together to her work with clients, her approach is insightful, honest and encouraging and her goal is to develop young people and provide them with the tools to live truly fulfilled lives.

Jessica works as volunteer for Youth at Risk (YAR) providing coaching and mentoring for students on the YAR Leadership Programme she also volunteers with Time Bank providing workshops on ‘Building Confidence' and ‘Becoming Un-Stuck'.

Jessica trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF)

Megan Thomas - Business and Youth Coach

Megan is a self-motivator with a “can do” attitude and high energy. Her motivation as a coach comes from seeing people stretch and grow out of their comfort zones, into the world of possibilities. Megan has a direct, yet relaxed coaching style. Using her keen intuition, she connects with her clients at the outset, creating a strong foundation of trust and connection. From here, clients feel brave and ready to take the next step towards change. 


She has over 9 years project management and marketing experience working with worldwide leading technology firms and top advertising agencies. This enables her to work more effectively with motivated individuals in the areas of leadership, marketing, business planning, idea generation, team dynamics and confidence. 

Megan coaches 1:1 and leads group workshops in her specialty areas of Youth Coaching and Business Coaching with Entrepreneurs. 

Megan holds a BA in Psychology and is a trained Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) , the first to be accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

 

 

Quinn Simpson, Business and Youth Coach

As a Youth coach, Quinn has a strong background in working with young people, beginning with her volunteer experience from a very early age. She has spent most of her life volunteering in youth centers and working with underprivileged young people. Her experiences with Extend-a-family, Homelink and Knights Youth Centre give Quinn a certain ‘edge' dealing with the issues of today's youth.

As a Business coach, Quinn excels in the areas of leadership, strategy development, communication skills, project management and building relationships amongst business partners, teams and organisations. In addition, she specializes in building a brand and creating an online presence. She delivers coaching to budding and established entrepreneurs, and delivers enterprise workshops within higher, further and secondary education. 

Quinn is also the President of The Akosia Foundation, a not for profit organization that funds and facilitates cultural projects for underprivileged children. This was built by Quinn and a few others from the ground up. As the acting President of this small organization, Quinn can be found in the accounting department, events co-ordination and general project management.  

Quinn is trained by the Coaching Training Institute, Make Change Work and Coach U and is a qualifed Co-active coach and NLP Practitioner. Her passion has always been to help people, and she has an interest in human behaviour, society and culture that led her to The University of Edinburgh. She left with an MA in Sociology and Social Anthropology after writing a dissertation that examined self-help books.

Rachel Harford, Career and Business Coach

I am passionate about working with people to realise their dreams and achieve their full potential. I am a qualified coach, having trained with the Co-active Coaching Training Institute. As a coach my strengths lie in championing the client whilst challenging them to make choices and transformations in their lives to be who they want to be.

I have worked in various roles within the charity/not for profit and  public sector. I have worked for organisations including Christian Aid, Anti-Slavery International and Asylum Aid. I was joint Co-ordinator for five years for Campaign against Arms Trade, during which time I developed a comprehensive media strategy which resulted in significantly raising the profile of the organisation.

These experiences in the sector gave me profound insights into the importance of equality, justice and basic freedoms in order for individuals and communities to thrive and flourish.  My work within these organisations illustrates my commitment to these values and I aim always to work with people in a non-judgemental, respectful and compassionate way. I have worked with many groups and individuals from varied and diverse communities to support them in fulfilling their ambitions and to effectively contribute to their community.

I have counselling skills, having trained with the London School of Counselling and Therapy  and have worked as a crisis counsellor for the London Rape Crisis Centre.

I currently work part-time for Connexions in Northumberland as an IAG adviser, working with young people aged 13-19 and up to 25 for those with Special Educational Needs, to access appropriate training, education and employment. Within this group I provide intensive support to sometimes more vulnerable young people who are parents-to-be/parents/young travellers and carers.

Rachel Suckle, Youth and Career Coach

Rachel is a young, energeticcoach who is passionate about supporting people in discovering their dreams andgoals and then encouraging and motivating them to take steps towards achievingthese goals to make positive changes in their lives.

Growing up in London andbecoming a lone parent at a young age, Rachel has been through some tough andchallenging experiences in her own life. Through her own life challenges and experiences, she has a deepunderstanding of what it feels like to be young and relates to the challengesand issues they face today. She is committed to supporting young people fromall different backgrounds, disadvantaged, or those struggling with life itself,to find the motivation and skills they need to experience opportunities andrealise their potential. 

Rachel's coaching style isenergetic, fun, challenging, encouraging and supportive.   By creating a relationship based on trustand respect, she is able to challenge her clients to be the best they can,while holding them accountable and responsible for themselves and theiractions. 

Rachel is a qualifiedCo-active coach and trained with Coaching Training Institute the first to be accredited by the InternationalCoaching Federation and she currently works for them in the UK. 

Rachel is also currentlyworking as a Youth Educator for youth charity Envision, working in schools and colleges to support young people in their community aswell as London Youth  which are organisations that support young people and youth programmes.

 

 

Rosalyn Clare, Youth and Career Coach

rosalyn so.jpgRosalyn is passionate about seeing individuals reach their full potential. She is based in Birmingham and delivers life, career and leadership coaching for Striding Out CIC.

Rosalyn also works for Birmingham City Council in the IAG unit in the Young Person's Directorate. She was formerly a counsellor at a voluntary young people's agency, and has been counselling and subsequently coaching disadvantaged young people since 2004.

Rosalyn is a graduate of the prestigious Coaches Training Institute coaching programme.  Rosalyn is a certified Firework career coach, enabling her to help clients to discover their skills and work motivation. She holds a BA Hons in English Language and Literature, a professional pensions qualification and is a trained counsellor. In addition she is a member of the largest coach regulatory body, the International Coach Federation

Rosalyn's coaching style is compassionate, yet challenging. She is direct but non-judgemental. Her counselling background builds on her natural ability to quickly form connections and build trust.

Before coaching, Rosalyn worked in the field of human resources consultancy including for Mercer (previously William M Mercer) and Ernst & Young.

Simon Ireland-Davies, Business Coach

Simon is passionate about helping people achieve their potential and particularly enjoys working with entrepreneurs to launch and grow their business.

He has over 15 years experience working in senior management for large organisations, in the Financial Services and Telecommunications industries, with companies such as Norwich Union, Swinton and Telewest. He is supported the development of many senior management teams to help develop their leadership style, team performance, and business proposition for customers.

His last corporate role was Head of Coaching for O2 where he led a team of over 250 coaches across four sites, supporting the development of over 6,000 advisors.

Simon is also a professionally qualified Coach, becoming an Associate Certified Coach after studying with the International Coach Federation approved training school the Coaches Training Institute, including passing their prestigous Certification Programme
