Youth Leadership
Take the Lead equips young people to become
confident leaders. 
It gives them the skills to engage and communicate with others.
Take the Lead gives young people a practical understanding of
different:
- Leadership styles
- Enterprise skills
- Attributes and motivations
- Development tools and techniques
The programme focuses on practical learning, including personal coaching and training methods combined with exercises to develop their skills at first hand.
What will be the outcome for participants?
- Increased confidence and clarity on their personal vision, values and purpose
- A defined leadership style and attributes
- New leadership and coaching skills
- The opportunity to gain a qualification accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
